BST NOVA 18 years, walked out the door on a Wednesday, my position was eleminated. All I got was a bad taste and severance. I learned my trade at Cavalier in 2001, learned more at Paetec and nothing at Windstream.
The leader of enterprise repair is gone. LMAO
Schumer was promised no cuts in Rochester a few months ago.
These poeple were given 2 week notice and 3 month sev package.... How sh–ty and Merry Xmas

"Does that mean management won't be getting bonuses either?"
"Now you've made it awkward."

"Windstream says that 16 positions in Rochester are being eliminated, primarily in the company’s enterprise business unit, which provides communications and data services to businesses across the U.S."
They cut deep. Net techs, BSTs, engineering and officesuite repair. Sounds like officesuite is going 100% overseas from developers to repair. Customer may never see or speak to an actual Windstream employee, shell company
@11N5c3nd-xmw is patently incorrect. We are a growth company. We are a software development powerhouse. We DESERVE to win!
Now, excuse me while I throw up.
We've went from Fortune 500 to a bankrupt laughingstock. We're cutting positions, so we can make the numbers look good on the books, so these F'ing scumbags can get their multi-million dollar bonuses.
You will never see any REAL numbers. The only thing published was " 16 positions in Rochester".
Senator Schumer SPECIFY asked TT when they filed chapter 11 about layoffs. If anything was more significant there would have been some backlash.
TT and HR are cowards. This company is a failure, we lost 25% of our value today. We won't make it out of bankruptcy. We will close CLEC as we know it by March 1st of next year. KCC will post our balance sheet (losses) on Friday. Things went from bad to worse, we will file. Chapter 7 Sooners than later.
