The existing customer base is important and DXC should look after them but they wont because they can not afford to supply the service they promised. Off shoring to India has become the joke of the industry. The only reason the India based companies have done so well is because of cost. Customer service is a distant vague and fading memory.
This is what happens when an industry is forced to consider costs above anything else. There's no meant on the bone for anyone except the smarter smaller players.
Big IT outsourcing companies have had their day... 20 years on it's all but over.

Yup. Screw the employees who serve the customers. They are a financial liability. Customers, please keep sending money.
