A employee Confidence vote in Leadership should be started on Stream. Perhaps once the creditors and the Judge see how poorly Senior Management is viewed internally they will step up

Unfortunately this is not a democracy.
Let me save you some time. There is no confidence on leadership. Loyalty is either bought or gained through intimidation around here.
Put whatever you want on steam, it doesn't matter anymore. The slime at the top doesn't care. Windstream is heading for that iceberg. R.I.P. Windstream
