I have no idea who wrote it. I do completely agree with this statement however.
So do no apply to that location if you transfer to another area or are lay off and want to try another line of work at this place.
I know I posted this on other discussion threads and I am just informing you all. It is my own opionion of course and from what I viewed while being there many years.
They actually went to another building a few blocks away, but even the new space didn't make anyone happy being there at all. They also worked remotely part of the week which I know a lot of people would dream of having. They still complained though along with being rude to those around them, unless they were buddies with them.
I left out the statement in regard to health insurance but you can view it on the indeed review site and also when the statment was posted there. The reason I disagree with the good health insurance comment is because if you go to any place, they will always say they have a good health insurance plan. When in actuality they are all giving you the barest of litte. When they are all doing that, how do you know if you have good health insurance or not. Do not accept this but always inquire as to what is actually going on.

Aetna in woodland hills is a collection of employees who have been there for a long time. Meaning all processes are outdated, which means no innovation, and work is doubled. No one is open to new ideas or processes. Senior employees feel that their time with the company allows for them to be unprofessional with no consequence. Management is afraid to speak up and correct those behaviors. this makes anyone new feel uncomfortable. The work could be less if their processes were improved. But, the environment is absolutely toxic and the pay is awful. I would not recommend working there.
