FORCING all employees to signa mandatory arbitration “agreement” or face termination. should be a red flag to all . if it wasn’t clear to you before then it SHOULD be now. Somethin bad is coming. DO NOT trust the company or the “leaders” in charge. They ARE NOT the same people who were leading Allstate in the years past up until just a decade or two ago or heck even justa few years ago. they do not share their values and only posses a small fraction of their character nd integrity. Their current values ARE NOT the same values that have traditionally been held by Allstate if they hold any at all. The people in charge now are snakes plain nd simple and the company is no longer Allstate at all. be preparedfor further erossions of employee pay, benefits , peace of mind and more layoffs now that this shady, unethical and morally wrong, yet somehow legal. “agreement” has been forced upon all now that there is NOTHING holding them back frm screwing loyal employees and they will be quick to fire any dissenters since they no longer have to face ANY legal consequences for shady behaviors . You can bet ON on thT!! This type of practice should be illegal but sadly, it isnot. Allstate used to be better than this. . But I guess not anymore. . . these “big wigs” in charge should be fully ashamed of themselves but I think they may lack that ability. . TIME FOR TALENT TO LEAVE FOR GREENER PASTURES . better companies are out there...
I prompt you all to do your homework and read up on what these “agreements” mean for employees. With this action they have made it clear that they do not plan to treat employees fairly. 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩
