Haven't you heard Sal talk about the plan?

His plan comes in from April 2020 and until then, its Mikey's plan.

He's very clear about that.

Still time for everyone to get fired for Christmas - Mikey's favourite dirty trick.

Read an interesting take on DXC stock performance and that was new CEO is purposely driving down price to enable a possible merger with Accenture? I have to admit it sure sounds like the best explanation I’ve heard yet. Right now investors are all wondering what’s going on with company. Nothing adds up as far as numbers but still such poor performance. Guessing we will all know soon.

LOL

"driving improvements in company performance and efficiency"

Basically shorthand for 'we can't afford to miss our projected EPS/Revenue numbers again, because you saw what happened to the last guy. So, we need to cut expenses, while convincing the s—ers that we can run their business not only better than they can run their own, but better than we run ourselves. We all know thats impossible, but I liked Kristin at the last gig I had, and figured we could both make some money milking this dead horse for a year or two before we have to move on to the next disaster".

"enabling DXC employees to focus more squarely on serving customers. "

Shorthand for 'It's much easier to focus on serving customers when you are face-to-face with them over a McDonald's counter, or at the Wendy's drive-through, and we will strive to get as many of our older, experienced, expensive employees into these customer-facing roles as soon as we can. For the sake of the customers.'

Meet the new bosses...same as the old bosses. The names may change, but the bull-spit stays the same.

Okay to have changes at top bring his own leaders in for another top change of direction, the main thing is to change and look at the businesses from top to bottom, removing any inefficiences in processes and overburden / oversadden of lower - middle management who contribute zip to the company. 2) to invest in the employees who actually do the work rather than the yappers who ride on other people's backs 3) train the people and give adequate rises 4) Put out your IP out to others and give a strong plan for what DXC can / do deliver now and in the future

"Slattery will be responsible for driving improvements in company performance and efficiency, with a goal of enabling DXC employees to focus more squarely on serving customers. "

I am so glad I'm out of this sh1tsh0w. So endless new "top executives" coming in with endless new ideas on restructuring the organization, all further sapping employee energy and moral.

Sal might as well come right out and say it: "We have decided to re-engineer the enterprise"; at least he would be honest and everyone know what heading their way. This "change by a thousand cuts" just won't end well.
