And keep in mind, some of the ratings on glassdoor are from corporate shills. His actual approval rating would otherwise be much lower.

Fake news, no way his approval rating is that high. 2% would be closer to accurate.
The reason they are not in the top two tiers is strictly because they are selling something that neither their employee nor them believe. Their brand is being compromised because of their own rhetoric. It is being compromised behind closed doors by both their internal and external customers.
@4pjo This month's issue of Consumer Reports reader survey results puts State Farm overall customer satisfaction rating in the third tier. The majority of competitors are also there, but there are quite a few in the top two tiers combined. State Farm needs to up their game. Stupid commercials and naming stadiums isn't going to do it.
Best to begin with improving employee morale and salary among other things. Happy employees, happy customers
The quote below regarding JD Powers is accurate-just googled it. Not sure I would place a lot of stock in JD Powers. They are just a professional polling company that rates everything from windows to cars....
Dude what planet are you on we are getting k–l in every line of business. Call a couple of agents, the fall off is alarming. Nobody gives a c-ap about JD Power.
Seems high.
SF ranks #1 in Life insurance and much above average in auto according to current JD Powers survey. Everything must be going great then according to your beliefs. Can’t have it both ways.
The State Farm executives and management don’t care about Glass Door, remember the JP Power survey when they did not have a good rating and the executives is telling the employees to ignore the rating and according to the internal ratings and metrics State Farm is doing pretty well......meaning there is probably an internal State Farm rating and metric showing MT’s approval rating is 90%......the board, management and the executives are out of touch with reality
I challenge State Farm to send out an anonymous survey to every employee rating MT
Lots of one line sentences with 5 star ratings from "former employees."
Seems too high
FAKE NEGATIVE RATINGS .... sore losers and sour grapes folks will always be around
It would be much lower than that if you take away all the fake positive ratings and CEO approval
He's earned it.
