Norfolk Southern has been laying employees off from work for years. In about two years from now, Norfolk Southern will probably turn around and start hiring new employees off the street.
We all know NS wants to contract out janitorial work and have no laborers in the shop. They want us to clean up our own messes and move our own engines. It's pretty much like that already up here
