Not to sound negative because the OP does have a point and I agree, however I was filling out an a as application recently and when it came to that tax part ie are you on food stamps, govt assistance etc, wherein employers can get a tax credit by hiring someone who is, there was a question asking if you’re currently unemployed.

I’ll give you a tip if you’re a store manager. Go on stress leave and start your job search. Your job is protected for a full year. Odds are you’ll get the max payout that edd offers so you won’t miss out on any monies. Basically you are paid to not work and take some time off. There are tons of jobs out there. Cvs is not a long term career path for front store. Make a change and get out as soon as possible.

It’s not easier. Can’t apply to as many places if you are working 60 hours a week to keep up with store standards.
