Boeing needs to fire these fruads with fake fmla, it would save them money. I have diapers to buy and a mortgage. I actually work instead of standing around and calling out all week

The mistake made with the union IS that they became international, period! They were stronger without.
Unfortunately every one at Boeing union or not is a spoiled lazy self entitled precious little plump snowflake, me included :)
The Reed Group denied my FMLA from my doctor that he stated that I need to get better or my health could be jeopardized. Union needs to get companies like the Reed group and Sedgwick out! We are getting screwed physically by these companies and out legal benefits by these companies.
Pray 4 the Max / Banish the Max
Bipolar / Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Pray for the 346 lost and all their families
Pray for the max to get back in the air soon? God would probably banish the max to the depths of hell along with those responsible for creating such a death trap.
Six months ago I was off battling cancer and I'm still fighting. If it wasn't for FLMA I wouldn't be working at Boeing anymore. I try to miss as little of time off as necessary and when I do miss a day I usually include 3 or 4 hours of sick time or vacation time. That being said there are a bunch of people who do abuse it and ruining FLMA for the people who need it. We all need to fight for what is right and wrong in this world and I pray that the 737 MAX gets back to flying so we can all stop the bickering and get back to doing what we do best, building the worlds best airplanes.
I wont be laid off but do you have any cool toys for sale cheap if you do get laid off.
Isn't fmla a state law not Union contract. Boeing will have to pay ppl partial wage next year everytime they call out
Name ONE benefit the union has gotten back for us once it was cut? Lower healthcare, nope. Pensions, nope. And don't give me that sh– about keeping things from being cut, you can't prove a negative. Each and every contract the benefits further erode. If I did not think my tires would be slashed (or worse) by union goons, I would quit the union.
The pros & cons of being a union member: Together we all can stand & fight for our rightful worth. But for every positive strive to achieve our goals, there will always that lazy a– dirtbag abusing the system we have to stand with. So my only advice to you would be to just continue forward. These FMLA abusers usually reap what they sow. Its like d–g, use & take advantage of it so much to the point they get targeted by management for a burn. Most of the time its for the pettiest lil thing too, cus they’ve already accumulated a bad rep sheet.
Hell yeah
