For mobility groups like the Edison team, autonomous teams, and electric teams are just creating b—s— to hopefully spark interests in Ford. These people have openly admitted they don't care to work at Ford, and are only using it as a stepping stone to something else. There is no investment in what they are doing there.
Jim Hackett was hired to l ad Ford Mobility. He has done such a good job with mobility that he got promoted to CEO.
Now he is into office and building renovation. Ford is spending billions for buildings renovation so that we can hire young engineers to help Ford make better cars in about 5 years from now.
In the mean time continue doing what you are doing at Ford. You all are doing such a fantastic job at painting a pretty picture, show the world Ford is the best and better than any automotive companies.
Behind the scene, Ford quality is gone, which explains why Ford is paying billions for warranty cost. Ford needs to focus on building quality and exciting products instead of painting pretty pictures.

Unfortunately there are allot of undesirables in this world.
Loosers are everywhere.
Most people in the Smart Mobility group do no work that will ever produce any revenue. In fact, most of them don't really know what they are doing. I know of one who travels between Detroit and San Francisco just so he doesn't have to be home with his wife and kid.
