So last Friday was my last day (good riddance) - all my access was cut over the weekend, but I have no way to confirm my pay for last week, and haven't heard anything about returning my laptop. I think previous people got FedEx boxes to send, but if I can't access my DXC email I'm not sure how to coordinate this?

Make sure you backup anything you want from it and the delete everything. The company should get all your saved data
When the company goes belly-up it's yours to keep.
Boss emailed me at my personal email, asked me what laptop I had,and to ship it back out of pocket.
Still have my ThinkPad 3 years after leaving. Nobody at DXC cares or can be bothered.
Throw the damned crummy outdated laptop computer in the trash. Not worth the postage.
Send it to your line manager's office (if in same country) otherwise send it to the country's HQ and copy corporate + ex-line manager in what you're doing including sending them proof of postage and tracking no.
Congrats that you got out of that mad house.
You should get paid on your normal pay-run day. Don’t worry about the Laptop, they will soon shout if they want it.

I submitted my time for last week in CATW, so I hope it's seamless. Will my last pay be direct deposit still? Will it be in the same pay date as usual?
They were supposed to e-mail you a FedEx label. But, if you lost access to e-mail, then you have to wait for the obligatory nasty gram from the company legal team. That might take a few months by the time they get around to it.
To be fair, DXC is pretty good about making sure you get paid.
As far as the laptop is concerned, wait and see. I still have mine after six months, and a friend has three(!), including one new in box. However, another friend was required to send hers off almost straight away.
They will let you know.
