Articles published weeks ago reported that there were major engineering problems requiring extensive reworking.
Read the article and what a disappointment. Sounds like they’re blaming the “manufacturing” issues on a problem plant that has “roaming bands of employees” who harass and intimidate others resulting in moral and turnover problems. If that is really the issue it’s something that should be resolved and NOT used as an excuse. If they can’t resolve what sounds like a hostile work environment how will they resolve quality and manufacturing problems. I know the UAW protects employees but hopefully they aren’t protecting them from the consequences of really bad behavior.
And it isn't the last. Another big launch at another plant is getting ready to blow up. Emergency meetings starting. Everything he has touched is a mess. We are just getting started folkz.
