IBM missing perks:-)

No RSU
No signing bonus on joining
No yearly Bonus
Every year reorg as management has to save their jobs
More workload every year as your team mates are RA each year and their workload comes on you
No career growth as company revenue going down every year
No appraisal system as each year fixed increment of 1% -2% whether you are top performer or bottom .
Each year your in hand salary decreases (even after above increment) as employee contribution of health insurance premiums are dump on employees.
No invovation as inside work culture is toxic as each employee working for paycheck and not for company growth or his/her career growth(as any kind of growth does not exists here)
Different teams of different skillset are merge every year as part of reorg and non skill people in new job doing nothing productive work
Management clueless how to save leaving customer because of poor support so more pressure comes on employee supporting customer.
Different internal teams not working as one IBM team as no one care about customer but everyone worried about his/her job as part of next reorg.
Hanging sword of RA each year and any year can be your last year.
False promise of Managment of cloud vision with new presentation slides of cloud offerings which no external customer wants to buy IBM cloud or IBM support to manage their cloud application.
No customer pipeline or unrealistic sales quota which no one able to meet.Again false promise to employees that new customers are coming....hearing same for last 10 years.
Lastly all memember of team working in frustration and cribing about new way of Managment dumping more work on you.

DONT look at perks(original post) what you are getting but missing perks above of work culture you are in which is increasing your stress, impacting your happiness in life and in some cases creating health issues and major percentage of your life wasted dealing with above toxic benefits of work.

Add in deductibles, co-pays, and out of pocket maximums that are 2x the industry standard, a 401k that doesn't pay out except once a year...the details behind the list are important.

Tuition reimbursement went away years ago.
