Why does Brandt manufacturing work 8 hour days and then last minute want to work Saturdays? When we could have made those hours up during the week when we leave at 230?? Any logical explanation for this?

Who complains about OT you ask? It’s not about the OT it’s about the lack of competency. So your telling me if we were to work 7 7s I should be happy about the extra OT?? Your nuts. This place should schedule better and work 4 10s and then a 5th day for OT. If this place schedules better we wouldn’t be having this conversation.
What kind of id–t complains about overtime?
