Literally what one of Hackett's child hires - our future "super stars" said in a group conversation when discussing all the Explorer & Aviator problems in conjunction with the potential UAW strikes. I guess we should just bend over & kiss our behinds goodbye.

I think Joe H. will be gone after this, if not already half way out the door. I am looking to get out now.. ..too many inexperienced people running things now.

It is insane. Hackett and the executives are literally treating the auto business as an inconvenient 'side business' they have to bother themselves. That is why everything is falling apart. When are the BoD and the Ford Family going to wake the heck up to what is going on. After we are forced into bankruptcy because of massive quality problems? They think this Explorer/ Aviator thing is bad. They have no clue as to the stuff already heading their way. At least we have our Scooter business right? I guess that will pay our bills.

I can’t believe Hackett still has a job - WTF!!! This just tells me they have not be able to find another “Allen” in the wings. If they plan on going internal, god help us.
