NOV never valued hardwork, knowledge, quality experience, loyalty to the company, meanwhile claiming otherwise to attract talent from outside world. From what I've learned from those who quit NOV, their lives have been better, and they are not coming back.

When you blame mismanagement on hard workers causing stress and miscarriages, then of course life would be better elsewhere. Why would anyone stay stressed out for no reason and no benefit?
Reading through this article, the phenomenon doesn't surprise me. Companies show the working person no loyalty. Why should the working person expect to show loyalty? Give me a better offer, and I'm gone. Might even leave a little me-shaped puff of smoke in my stead, like Road Runner.
