Do you think Lowe's management has pinpointed stores in which it is trying to figure out what's the bare minimum of people and hours a store can run on and still semi-function?
We are barely managing to get everything done on what we have currently, and the hits keep coming. We just lost three more people (they quit, it was their decision) and there are no plans to hire anybody to replace them. We have to pick up their work. And if we can't, I quote "they'll find somebody who can."
Is it like this everywhere?
