Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

100 Days to Comment

If Sal is worth his salt, he will have a 100-day plan in place which will give us a good indication of what his intentions are. He needs to reach out to the current employee base and try and heal some wounds as well as reach out to the current and former customer base and stop the bleeding and mistrust.

When HPE and CSC merged, I thought the new boss would be better than the old boss. Boy was I wrong! If the stream of talent stops going out the door, pay raises and bonuses for more than inept executives are restored and customers start having trust in our delivery again, then Sal will be a godsend. Otherwise, new boss same as the old boss.

Sal the salesman will want to maximize his bonuses like Crikey Mikey. Both are muppets.

Don't worry he apparently has a 'proven playbook' so he won't need 100 days. As if we need some recycled Accenture cr4p! It us different Mike, same ole sh1te!

Sad that you thought Lawrie was going to be a better boss than Whitman. CSCers knew otherwise. My stomach sank when I heard he was going to stay on as the CEO of the new DXC. One thing for certain–the whole story about him planning this succession for a year was total bunk.

Still, I'm very curious what will happen regarding Paul Saleh. He was just as responsible for this insanity as Lawrie.

Likely to be in same mould as Mikey - his job is to cut overheads, offshore more to cheaper cost centres and to boost the share price back to BoD and shareholders.

Nothing else will be in his remit
