I still feel like if even the new guy is really visionary, forward thinking and going to stop the despotism that I have had so much trust eroded by Mikey (right back into CSC) that I'm going to struggle to be convinced that Sal isn't just the same. I think this is true for most of us.

Secondly, reading that article, there is still a fist of change to come. I don't think that change is going to bring anything but job losses. He might smile at you and say he's sorry with genuine remorse but he's still axing you.

BTW, off of that article is another interesting piece on ITO... I suspect this piece is exactly how Sal sees the world too:

Yes will on with same pattern as before - should be drastic and cut the fat from the steak and remove surplus LV3/4/5 Managers and sales guys who only contribution to company is no thoughts but chaos.
