I keep hearing that GBS is growing. Can someone confirm this is true and not IBM financial wizardry?
I’m in GBS and I see a huge bench with layoff rumblings, but the spin from leadership is that there is growth. I’m trying to figure out where this growth occurs?

No. Absolutely not. Despite what IBM claims, GBS is basically flat. Look at the public investor relation charts yourself where the areas are broken out including GBS. They are now reporting workforce rebalancing on these charts - thats definitely not a good sign.

Who is DHL?
DHL is taking over much of what is left and at the end of the year , only what IBM calls the “control tower” will be staffed only by a few .
