Just wondering if this new guy did his due diligence to understand what he is getting into and what his challenges are? This site offers candid and unfiltered data and emotions for the DXC workforce. It’s all real. What do you think?
Did he take the time to evaluate social media commentary via this website; Glassdoor and others? Or, maybe he just wanted the CEO title to feed his ego and get a multimillion $ package for a few years. He promotes his “ excitement and optimism” but that is simple CEO BS. He will find out soon enough how dysfunctional DXC is and that our workforce is demoralized. I give him 3 months to say “ oh sh*t; what I have gotten myself into”.

and it's only getting worse... Salvino has no answers. he has a good rep but how can he revive this dying company? Within 20 months DXC will be broken up and sold in pieces. Current FTE's will have to reapply for their jobs. It will be a blood bath... You read it here first.
Doesn't care about the grunts on the ground all ceo's interesting in power, $$, cutting more overheads and carving their name in cement / changing the company to make it more profitable by cuts and reorganizations
Of course he didn't look at this site, or Glassdoor, or other similar site before taking the job.
At his level it's no longer really about the money, it's more about power and influence.
As CEO he can call the shots. It will be interesting to see what he makes of the role.
