As a job seeker for ETL what should I know before I consider a career here. Are they eliminating positions and if so how badly? Just want some insight and want to know if the people interviewing me decide to lay BS on me to woo me

ask them what the salary is then tell them you need 25% more if they don't meet you in the middle walk and thank them for wasting your time
