Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

Anything in store for next week?

Any info on what parts of the company could be affected by layoffs, what locations, anything? I understand that this is a very general question, but at this point any info could be valuable?

Expecting a big rush of redundancy next 2 weeks in the US. Bigger than last quarter. Get ready.

@10zQ7sAC-yes: whilst there will be more layoffs, bad management decisions, fleeing customers, and plunging stock price, Mikey will continue to rake in the cash for bad decisions to fund his impending retirement.

Next week will be more layoffs, bad management decisions, fleeing customers, and plunging stock price. Please copy and paste this report every week.

No. Little on this board can be described as "valuable". Haven't seen a post yuet that accurately reflected what happened, mostly mere speculation or paranoia.

Shareholders are holding a busted flush. No-one likes the share to collapse to a 1/3 of its value in a few months. I think its all about what happens to help shareholders get some "firesale" money back - ML has run out of time.

What does this means for employees?
Probably a split out to a loss making company (CXD?) and then if you're lucky, made redundant before it hits Chap 11. I suspect the future fate of this spinoff is a collapse because ML ain't on it and no-one wants to catch a falling knife
