If cutting costs is the only way to profitability, why not fire everyone, pure profit right?
Does Luxsoft really exist ? I was thinking it was a "structure" to shadow money in tax heaven. Am I wrong ?
Fire 100% from Executive Management. Or, just fire the President, Chairman, and CEO and get a 3-for-1 bang for the buck and save the company.
If you see the OP as a sarcastic post, it's actually kinda funny. Because it's exactly what DXC does: acquire a company in the hope it will be the future; absorb it, drive out the employees then wonder why it was such a bad investment. So it acquires another company, and another, and another in the hope that it will bring salvation. But as we all know, the problem is DXC and it's toxic culture and toxic management. It doesn't matter how many companies DXC ingests the net result will be the same: masses of once wonderful companies utterly destroyed and the incredible employees that made it happen scattered across the landscape. DXC is basically some monster from a 50's Sci-Fi movie: an unknowing beast that needs to consume in order to stay alive, whilst all the time the consumption is hastening it's demise.
The toxic DXC management will probably ruin Luxsoft just as they ruined CSC and continued with the HPe merger is history provides any guidance.

Who are you directing this to? DXC mgmt isn't listening here, and they are the ones who hire and fire. Get a clue.
Where are you getting this info from? Is there any truth to these numbers or is that just speculation?
