Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

How bad most a company perform before you get rid of the CEO????

It is so suprising, that for all those years Mike Lawrey is still running the show.

All those who work or have worked for DXC know that this management is already for years clueless on how to lead into this area. We all know for years it is going bad and most of us got even out, as we did not see any future on how DXC was going.

And still, the same id–ts are still at the top, altough year after year they failed to deliver what they promised??? Who is really keeping these id–ts at their place. The company would have been in much better shape with visionary management at the top.

How many more years? Until it is all disolved.
Shareholders or board, take your responsibility and fire Mikey and his entourage!

@ @10yaveKj-bsg - almost any leader on SVP level in the industry can do a better job than the Mikey and Steaky crowd. Let's not forget all the highly paid MCKs that get double digit millions for saying how great they are doing in Ty sson s. Well unfortunatly DXC has lost all those that could have managed a turn around for a new CEO with team. But its a dream anyway. These 2 will stay as they still think they are doing great (LOL)

All investors care about is return by all means. They know Mickey will give shareholders that.m by all means. Don’t kid yourselves and think this is about growing, about returning value which he has done over and over again. This isn’t the cinemas people where bad guys are met with justice. It’s about money and the heroes return their investors money even if it means our jobs

When ML is Chairman, CEO and President of the company, how exactly is he to be removed? And the other thing: who is going to step into this role and reverse the catastrophe that DXC has become? How would they do it? DXC is profitable, sure, but revenues are declining. How do you stop that? Maybe staff attrition can be stopped by increasing pay and decreasing the cost of benefits, but both those approaches take large amounts of money. From the sidelines, I'm happy to see DXC crash and burn, but I'm sure shareholders aren't. So in essence: getting rid of ML might solve one or two issues (and throw the chief steak-cutter out of a job), but there needs to be a viable replacement waiting with a solid turn-around plan. And I'm not seeing that happening.
