Is a ERP gonna be offered - thoughts?

I really doubt if an ERP will ever be offered by Anthem. If they did, I guarantee that most of those who qualifies will jump on it on a heartbeat. Specially those who are in CA who are in danger of being asked to relocate to Atlanta.
I doubt it. Why would they? The Supplemental Unemployment "Benefit" in place now is far cheaper for them than the old severance package used to be. They can pick and choose who they want to get rid of and do it for less. No need for an ERP in their minds.
