Conocophillips should close Bartlesville campus and consolidate to Houston. Oil prices are going to go down a lot more while we try to get a fare trade agreement with China. To stay profitable we need to close Bartlesville and eliminate duplicate jobs and expenses. Transfer experienced employees that are needed and give the rest severance.

Years later and the "close Bartlesville" troll is still alive and well...
Who hurt you?
Wait, don't answer that.
Just "close down" the company. It is getting smaller and smaller each passing year. Employee count is down. Production is down. Stock price is down. Market cap is down. Dividend payment is down.
Maybe they should move back to Bartlesville and close Houston.
Another negative comment coming out of Bartlesville. No, Conocophillips won't shut down but it will shut down Bartlesville.
COP should just close. Period.
The negative coming out of Bartlesville is getting old. Conocophillips should shut Bartlesville down, it would help the moral of the whole company.
They also should stop discriminating against experienced people but that will not happen
Playing right into their hands. Is this issue what we need to spend our efforts and energy thinking about? All about emotion. Conoco vs Phillips. Who won? ARCO. Quibble and fight while others take control.
If Chevron or Exxon buy COP there will not be Bartlesville or Houston...
COP stock s—s and investors are tired of COP...
Well isn't Houston full of some very self centered people? I can't believe some of you don't have any regard for others. Bartlesville is a wonderful community and keeping these jobs help the city and the citizens. Stay in Houston if you so choose but please leave Bartlesville alone.
Russian bots at it again.
They can go to work for Phillips. Shut Bartlesville down.
