I work for corporate and I can tell you they have a department of “social media awareness” shills who get paid just to post pro State Farm messages on boards like this. Keep a heads up for these posters who weirdly call for things that no one else cares about like “end the pension” “thank god X location is closing” or “Tipsord is doing a great job despite his internal 29 percent approval rating” these are things corporate execs and Tipsord pay them to post. Give them a thumbs down and ignore when you see them.

Friend, the internet is full of lame b–ching about made up problems. I might suggest you take your crusade to "point it out" to some other site where the primary purpose isn't venting about one's c-appy employer.
I suggest the youtube comments section under any political video. That should keep you busy for a while.
I’m nowhere near being a Coporate shill, and I often comment on some major issues here. But I can’t help feeling the need to point out lame b–ching about made up problems. God knows we have enough real ones.
SO EASY to spot the shills in this thread that OP was talking about. I'll just list a couple egregious offenders,
If you're making 6 figures at SF then you're o ly qualified to flip burgers in the real world. Wipe that shirt off your nose...oh my bad that is shirt on your nose.
I posted for the shill job but wasn't selected. Pays $150,000 a year which is pretty good
The only qualification is sociopathy.
Right. Because everyone who claims to work at Corporate clearly has inside information about all departments. Especially departments with stupid, poorly made up names.
How does one apply for a job at department of “social media awareness”? Would there be an aptitude test for that position? Does one need a Bachelor degree or just the ability to post bull c-ap all day without gagging?
Nice strawman.
No. You are a shill because you fit the definition of a shill.
I'm a shill because I make 6 figures doing a job I love for a company that treats me great? GTFO with that nonsense
Shill is NOT a poor description. Shill is, by definition, EXACTLY what they are.
Doesn’t surprise me that corporate have people do damage control or get comments remove that negativity portrays the company.
Yea no sh–. Very easy to see them. Shill is a poor description. It's just people doing their job and earning their pay. No different than the proprietor of this website who just wants clicks for advertising revenue.
