The employees are so focused on layoffs, how can they be productive?

You don't need much production from employees when you have close to 1000 people to execute a 2 rig drilling program.
It’s not a matter of IF, but WHEN there will be layoffs in 2019.....backing down the number of rigs. Gas prices continue to stay low.
It’s time for a reduction in staff to reduce the overhead some more. Classic move in our industry.
The only question is how soon?
Update: layoffs scheduled for 3Q. Company needs to make shareholders think something will change despite recent poor financial performance. Mr Way thinks he’s not part of the problem. Employees will be cut. Way will give himself a raise and a pat on the back.
They weren't that productive before that's why their in the mess that their in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
