Any source to substantiate what ever you are claiming?
Protection liability obligations have already been transferred. Sears Canada was a different scenario. OP knows nothing, crying wolf.
That when Eddie shuts it all down, people will still be paying for plans that are worthless. This is what happened in Canada.
