Is this an admission that automation platform talked about so often, is actually still in development?
Also, when ML is talking about business he will not do and did not sign 'deliberately'...

Are these accounts that DXC can no longer service? Could this be the customer supply chain pushing for value at renewal, purely to match the lean service delivery being received.
If DXC sold two potatoes @ $1 ea, but then only supplies one potato, guess what, customer only pays one dollar!
