After almost 15 years...its over. I quit...its not worth it anymore.. new job is awesome. There is plenty out there.

Yes employee turnover at cvs is high. The problem is that for every manager that quits, there is always someone willing to take there place. It might take a little time to get someone but somebody always comes around. In order for things to change, people have to stop being willing to move up.
In my area they cannot keep an SMIT long enough to get them to a store and we have managers dropping like flies...So please tell me again how quickly Corp can replace managers?? Because from what I’m seeing they can’t even get one trained...
And the company is still operating. All you are is a number. They don’t care when people quit. Everyone is replaceable. Even Larry Merlo’s mustache.
