Big changes are around the bend, fear not large business customers, CTL will still transfer you all around its c-appy auto attendant tree, and still finally dump you off on someone who has no idea how to help you, nor access to the tools or database that may house your information. The time it takes to enter a ticket for you is increasing dramatically, not to mention the time it may take to get it to the correct fix agent. We had a Toyota Camry with our old system more or less. Our new "flawless" system is a wagon pulled by a stubborn mule if you need an analogy to compare the two. Fear not, our beloved VP has ensured us all it's flawless. The bobble heads under our beloved VP have all given it a resounding YES - YES WE CAN!

It sounds like the Prism Rollout all over again.
The are already interviewing coders to bring on board to try to fix it.
If the platform fails, executives and upper managers can always go on another politically correct "corporate culture" campaign to suppress criticism and disguise their ineptitude. It's always worked in the past.
Are y’all talking about OPS Console? It’s trash and i expect all manner of delays & setbacks when they roll it out. It’s nowhere near ready.

That got a chuckle out of me. The VP leadership in this company is amazingly weak. You have off the street hires, the Level 3 ones promoted far too quickly and have no time to actually gain experience, and the Qwest/Embarq/CenturyTel survivors who are out of their league in the office politics and secretly long for the good old days.
Just look at the number that are WFH in out of region locations, not even out of a major work center, starting with Mr Atlanta at the top. How would they ever have an idea of what's going on when they're AWOL?
Or look at the all hands meetings where the VPs show up in T-shirts on their laptop. Would it k–l you to throw on button down shirt? I realize a suit and tie is off the table.
I know someone involved in this project. He said it is horrible and full of bugs.
