4th quarter push

Management keeps telling us to get ready for a big 4th quarter push. If these fools push any harder they're going to get a hemorrhoid. This is insane. Something has to give eventually

Verizon stopped charging mileage on T1s. So they are cutting all T1s back to a few collos and then can shut down a majority of the bloated network. Then the real layoffs start. If you work on TDM your days are numbered. They also count every conversion as a new sales to fudge their numbers and there are NO new turnups taking place.

Yes the big money transfer called conversions are under way (if they aren’t losing customers) while mediocre sales people handsomely paid - not a good combo for top and bottom line.

Management: I like my bonus every year derp Derp DERP.

Reality: bonus this month no income next year. Enjoy it while you can jackholes hope you can parlay that management experience to another firm and keep your equivalent pay... Doubt.

If there is one thing that has hurt Windstream more in the past five years has been a bonus structure based on cost cutting most VPs received. They have wrecked the company for their personal short term gain. What a bunch of out right clowns.

You all get paid every two weeks with a good pay check. Thank you for all you do, but it's time to get back in there and make as much money for the company as possible. I love my bonus every year and want to keep it coming.

Bare minimum work until they correct the pay scale for us. They get to make ridiculous decisions and expect us to follow their lead. Lol

TT Layne why don’t you come cold call customers or deal with our bad installs wo asking for help. You deserve the opportunity to learn what really occurs on a day to day basis. All the new changes have been a disaster.

They’re beating a dead horse. It’s all about bonuses for executives. They need every migration order completed so they can claim SDWan and Uccas growth. When we all know they didn’t acquire new revenue.
