Verizon stopped charging mileage on T1s. So they are cutting all T1s back to a few collos and then can shut down a majority of the bloated network. Then the real layoffs start. If you work on TDM your days are numbered. They also count every conversion as a new sales to fudge their numbers and there are NO new turnups taking place.
Yes the big money transfer called conversions are under way (if they aren’t losing customers) while mediocre sales people handsomely paid - not a good combo for top and bottom line.
They’re going to push you until you get them a bonus while not giving you anything.

If there is one thing that has hurt Windstream more in the past five years has been a bonus structure based on cost cutting most VPs received. They have wrecked the company for their personal short term gain. What a bunch of out right clowns.
Did they forget it is still 3rd quarter? Or are they so eager to wrap this up and grab the bonuses they don't care about the current months are already lost?
You all get paid every two weeks with a good pay check. Thank you for all you do, but it's time to get back in there and make as much money for the company as possible. I love my bonus every year and want to keep it coming.

TT Layne why don’t you come cold call customers or deal with our bad installs wo asking for help. You deserve the opportunity to learn what really occurs on a day to day basis. All the new changes have been a disaster.
