Anyone else feel like you're damned to hell in this place anymore? Seems like management is getting more and more clueless and metrics are just unreachable!

I was an account administrator at the woodland hills california location.
I know I wrote this on other topic threads however what I experienced there was the worst out
of all the tons of places I've been to.
Just letting you all know not to got there.
I'm not kidding in saying there was a lot of harassment and abuse by people there.
It wasn't in my own department very often but occured in the other departments.
I was in a fairly high position but that didn't prevent me from asking what other people thought of it there. Just do not apply there. This is my own opinion and view about that specific facility area.
The new benefits are horrific and we have to meet 2 deductibles next year. If I could find another job with benefits less pay I will leave. I survived 2 mergers but this is the worst. CVS took holidays from us like we are a retail store open 7 days wtf. I heard CVS is horrible to work for now I understand. I can't believe they offered us these high deductibles and say it will stop a lot of emergency visits bunch c-ap it won't. I believe retail thinking at its best.
The New Health Insurance Rates are ridiculous!! Since the combined pool of colleagues between Aetna and CVS Health is 300,000. The insurance risk pool should be lower than when Aetna was by itself. New family leave great for pforeople who are having kids. But, if you don't have or want kids, that is no benefit. Seems like they are getting in everyone's business. They no longer offer benefits for domestic partnerships like Aetna did. They honor marriage (of all kinds), so if me and my girlfriend have been together for 5 years, we have to get married or she will lose her benefits that I get her currently through Aetna. Unfair!!
Depending on the years of service, I think the current severance package is very generous since it is an enhanced amount during the first year of the merger. We are coming up on the one year though so that will change soon.
The severance package isn’t anything great. I got the first half of the package then to receive the rest of the weeks you must sign a document that you will not sue them. Also, the cost of cobra is $1,100 a month for single coverage! No doable for me !
CVS is doing the same thing. Lower staff, including Admins, are being laid off like crazy. While they turn around and hire more upper leadership. Pretty soon managers won't have anyone to manage. And the real funny thing is the health insurance went up not down as it should. Big conglomerates are terrible!
I would take an early retirement package I a heartbeat!
If they offer a retirement package, problem solved.
Anyone hear anything on that possibility?
Exactly they want people that they can program. Out with the good people that stand up for our members and actually have values.
You are not alone almost makes you feel like they forcing you out ..
