65m spent on layoffs just last quarter!
Layoffs are happening every single week now and have been for a while. There's no 30%-35% big cut coming, it'll just keep happening all the time.
Here in Pune we still hire new IT people to replace IT around the globe. And expending the building capacity to accommodate even more people.
Shakopee expected to get hit?
SSDC sounds like the others. Yep and yes to all. Seagate is full of professional talkers who could not even plug a drive in. Spend so much time debating each other on what to tell the few left who are capable of doing the core functions. And yes they soak most profit and promotions. Manager to Sr to Principal etc.
When is Pune going to be shut down ?

SHK gone, FRC in half, CUP closes and execs move to FRC... Running out of places to close and then investors should worry about the dividend and debt load.
Normandale affected? Shakopee affected? Or will they be passed by if the blood of a goose is smeared on the Seagate icon that looks like the cross section of a Little Debbie cake roll?
