To unl
The brand must suffer
Xerox does you in so you return the blow to where it counts- revenue.
The customer has to suffer so they don’t come back. It’s the only way the new owners pay the price.
You think they care what they’ve done?
Not a bit.
Is it right to make the client pay? Of course not but losing them and the revenue is the only real way to hold them accountable.
You either fight or you take it like a baby.
your choice.

@10jkbqqh-unl, WRONG.

XRX/HCL gave me higher priced benefits, a frozen salary, 401K match delays, and an outsourced job to Guatemala just to name a few.

No, this is aimed SQUARELY at XRX. I want them to feel the pain for these awful business decisions. I want their revenues to go down. I want their expenses to go up. I want their customers to leave and to go to competitors that don't hose over their employee base like this. And most of all, I want XRX and XBS to FAIL.

So I will not be losing any sleep when I do my part to make all of this happen and neither will the rest of my counterparts. These are the same people that would do work while off of the clock and not being paid to make sure that things got done right. They are p-ss-d and this parting gift to these asshats is deserved.

Umm, I get that it royally s—s to be training our "replacements", but it's the client that you are screwing over by training them poorly; the HLC clones are getting paid either way and we will be out of our jobs regardless... and its not the clients fault...

Just train them incorrectly. They are too stupid to realize it's incorrect. Lots of folks in my core are doing that now. It helps us get through the day.

Follow the lead of senior management; train them to do the job wrong and burn up the full 2 week, then blame someone else.

Takes more than 2 weeks to learn a job thoroughly. They can shadow you, get their docs started and then after 2 week they become someone else’s concern. Don’t jeopardize last 2 weeks because management at our core has been awful to those rebadged. Good luck

HCL is clueless, give them the basics and not your personal experience and intel.

if you badged over you work for them so yes they can fire you
if you quit and did not accept badgec role the no they cannot
just train in a half a– kind of way and get your pay

Are you saying that you recently put in your two week notice and now HCL wants you to train them during your last two weeks? Do you work for GIS or another group?

I assume if you don't do your job, they wouldn't have to pay you. Why should they?
