Round 2 will be through made up decreasing job performance concerns! It’s mid year so you will see the signs! HR will be useless! You will be labeled a trouble maker! Just get ur resume updated!
They should introduce a new voluntary package for all employees. I’d be up for even half of the package that was offered for ISP layoffs. At least I wouldn’t feel like totally screwed up
Employees are scared to speak up on anything! If you do you will be gone with no ISP money! People are in jobs they don’t know how to do or want to do! Management can do anything they want to do because they have the power to ruin your life! It’s work hell for sure!
The ones who got ISP were so lucky to escape. Eventually the company will be left with low hanging fruit as anyone with half a brain or desire to do something with their career abandons ship!
