For the web admin that keeps deleting the post about HR putting pressure on rank and file employees to post sycophant false reviews, I would just like to say whatever Windstream is paying you best get cash up front... I sure wouldn't 90 day invoice Windstream for anything right now.

@3fxy, posting e number could be the reason the post was taken down from here, as someone pointed out already personally identifiable data is not allowed here.
Windstream HR is pretty much useless at this point. They should all fire themselves.

Yes the posts do in fact disappear as though they were never written. I took a buyout last August of 18 and as I mentioned ran into an old friend from Windstream who brought up that he had been asked to provide a 5 star rating as well as an invitation from her to revisit Lay-off.com. I took a look for grins and found this thread and commented about a week ago. Sure enough it’s gone. I even posted my old E number to give it credibility. It must have touched a nerve. Good luck you all, you definitely need it and like you need me to tell you!!
Problem is the same people that create or moderate posts on Stream also watch the posts and comments here. If they are upset about the posts they are reported and deleted.
Mods nuke posts containing personal info, foul language too.
They can leave all the fake 5 star reviews all they want, It doesn't matter since Windstream won't be around much longer.
Why would thelayoff.com want to censor the truth about Windstream prodding employees to post fake reviews on Glassdoor? They should answer that before deleting this thread. I say we keep starting these threads if they keep deleting them.
This site is like stream now, critical posts disappear.
