5vei: Thanks for the follow up. What your explaining s—s, the hard part about what your explaining though is the complete lack of correct Target jargon in your story, there's not even a little of it. Seems really odd especially after 20 years with bullseye.

5xqr: detail please. A T number please, Only us targeteers will know that i go. Don’t give the city or store name. Some detail of the “bad employee” process. We’re you given warnings, where they specific. Where they in writing? This is the kind of information that would be helpful for all.

For the two that were let go, could you please share from which location, and how you we’re let go. Both would be very helpful.

You do know the majority of us work in Target Stores right? If they are getting rid of $50k a year hourly TM's, it'll be easy as they don't exist. Are you sure you didn't think this was General Motor's or something? Also, from what I hear everyone at HQ makes over $50k a year. But, what would I know, I've just worked in Target stores for 27 years. You are obviously the expert here.

they are actually increasing the wage for new hires to justify that they are decreasing hours and getting rid of full-time workers that make between 35k and 50k a year at a great savings to payroll and benefits really nasty stuff

You are so right! How can they keep lowering the hourly wages in stores and distribution jobs just to line their pockets. Good people in Corporate jobs are under constant threat of Layoffs because of the Companies poor financial performance. Add to that the way management has let the stores condition deteriorate over the last few years.... It's Union Time!
