Windstream filed this formal complaint today against Unti to get lease declared not a true lease.

It isn't so much that it isn't a lease as much as they are claiming it meets the requirements of fraudulent conveyance under bankruptcy code.

The judge already said it was a lease. That’s why Aurelius won the law suit. I guess they’re determine to prove they didn’t lease anything. They’re admitting It was all a shell game with smoke and mirrors to rearrange money.
