And when they go down it takes 3 days for them to come fix. On top of that te tech don't know how to fix

My store is getting ACO. Found out we'll be out 40-45 hours per week by September/October. Trying to find out how I'll run the store with 155 hours a week.
There is a list of ACO stores on the bullentin board in spark.
This will backfire, customers choose Walgreens and CVS for the service and the neighborhood feel. If customers wanted ACO they'd go to Walmart.
We found out on Monday that we were on the ACO list.
We're reaching the breaking point now. Sure these changes look more efficient on paper, but it's causing more turnover than is sustainable. You won't talk to a single SM who isn't looking for something better.

They finally cut the pharmacy back to nothing. Only 80 hrs for tech something is bad wrong.

The stores that didn’t get cut a lot of hours at the beginning of the year like the lower volume stores are now getting cut. Welcome to what the lower volume stores have been dealing with this year.
We’re going to lose more than 40. Closer to 50! Crazy how they expect us to get anything done on the hours cuts coming down!
