Delayed policy roll out?

90MM savings promise and delayed roll out of reduced benefits=not good news. Why the delay? Looking at leadership reduction in both the Florida parks.

If you are to call people names like troll , go somewhere else and grow up. This site is for adults, not for someone who wants to belittle someone

This is difficult. We love this company. We love the animals. We remember what it was like back with AB and the big spending. Now it's different. We started to see cuts with InBev and then layoffs in 2010 and that was the start of the crush of the company as we know it. And it got worse and worse.

A friend of mine owns a sandwich shop. She hired a few folks and it was a great little shop and everyone was so excited, but sales s—ed. She had to lay off a few of the staff and she had to cut down the menu, some quality issues, and eventually the place wasn't the same. A few of the employees she still had were scared they would be cut next. Eventually someone else offered to buy it. She lost money but was pretty devastated.

Same story, but with a huge company like ours. People are going to get hurt and are going to be sad, but it's about survival.

To the best of my knowledge no employees have been told of the roll out in Texas yet.

On the the benefit change rollout...

i heard over the weekend the reason we havent gotten it officially announced at swf is because two people at texas went to lawyers over the changes. If anyone from texas can confirm, id love to be amused this morning. Supposedly swf is waiting to see what happens there before they try to announce it here.

Corporate leadership lacks the skill to do anything but layoffs. My 5 year old could come up with that. They layoff people supporting families and pat themselves on the back. How about instead of 90 mm in cuts we try to make 90 mm more (a positive solution). Everything is negativ negative negative. In the end one person is benefitting from all of this and that is HPC. Guests are noticing the lack of labor in the park and guess what dumb–ses if an employee isn't working a stand the park is not making $. Safety is becoming a concern with over worked stressed employees. Wake up and smell the coffee
R@ss you are commanding a sinking ship.
