No deal, the can was kicked down the road to Aug 12 hearing.
Given Hoffman Estates was transferred I’d assume it’s been resolved and just hasn’t been reported on. Transform has no obligation to do a press release, Old Sears has no way to. I’m not even sure this would make a docket on primeclerk.
