Does anyone know what buildings will be retained and which buildings will be vacated in Webster?

A digital imaging company in the city wanted to lease B214 but Xerox dragged it's feet until it was to late. Very unfortunate but as an ex-Xeriod, not at all surprising.
All buildings will be torn down and shipped to Guatemala.
If data center/300 is not empty by year end there will be egg on Steve B face who will blame Naresh who will blame someone downchain if they can’t blame Raleigh unreadiness or the “unpredictable” Wipro fiasco. What a place. Glad I was let go while severance was a thing and still had 19 weeks.
102,103,105,114,128 are all empty. I doubt 111,207,208 are going anywhere. Nor toner plant.
300 data center will not be empty by end of year. No chance.
I have not been over there lately but I thought 102/105/335 were already vacant. The folks I knew over there have all moved to 111.
105??? Part of the complexity is the interconnection to other buildings but easy enough to fix if HR relo occurs. Some lab environment in there too
Retain vs vacate is not the question. We already have vacant buildings that are retained, ie 128. The questions are:
1/ when will the vacant bldgs be leased or sold? I know of at least 3 vacant and there may be many more (not counting bldg 125 ;))
2/ what non-vacant bldgs will be vacated? There are many good candidates for consolidation. Data center exit by year end (Steve B/Naresh Shanker commitment) puts bldg 300 on that list. John V comments on Gil Hatch Center has me wagering that’s in this category as well
They keep fixing up 209
Well once XDX is gone I would expect further consolidation into 111. Probably the Southeast part of campus will be all that's left.
Which buildings are on a need to know basis
They will be looking to lease some of the buildings out.
