yesterday wrote a fairly long detailed post it contained many situations that do not adhere to the company culture or any of the lies....it called out management for REAL items and whoos its gone like that !!! no cursing no calling anyone names non of the above well scumbot word was used so management has a way to exercise some sort of censorship here just to let you all know this

so far i have had 3 posts completely removed from this anonymous website ......maybe anonymous but CTL still able to have them yank posts....its ok like Julian Asange i detailed things over the last 6 years in a notebook one hat they would love to have ,times dates areas instances none of them look good for CTL the time is almost here for a long detailed post sure to raise some eyebrows as well as some Ire, you can run but you cant hide

yes YOU were called out and thats the tip of the iceberg you will all be scrambling to cover tracks no names will need to be mentioned like i stated last post "We Know who you are" and so do you Its time maybe the people behind the curtain are exposed like he great OZ?

There were no Names mentioned there don't need to be . I am well aware the company isn't directly associated with the website. However as i posted, and someone mentioned. If management catch wind of REAL issues, and non PUBLIC issues they apparently seem to be able to either "report" posts or ask to have them removed ?? It's happened more than once, and NO there was no name calling no accusations none of the above

Actually many questions were asked pointed questions ,questions that may land some in hot water. so say what you will they have ability to either report things or request that they be removed or BOTH , I would assume it would involve suits, and slander that sort of thing.

I mean when you have management suggesting that YOU tell the customer they have other alternates available, ie other companies, or suggesting you offer them a cellular phone pre-paid for 3 years to get out of repairing plant in order to give them service , these are real issues , and yet they are crawling up our butt for every little thing as if these are problems we created?

The real problem we face is the new regime is NOT going to take responsibility for ANY of it !! they will blame Glenn, they will blame all the Lawler's in the company , they will BLAME US. they will continue to keep mid level managers until they have successfully gotten rid of all pensioned and then all Union employees and then they will let them go they are attempting to create a one call one man culture

A Non Union -Non Company contractor who wires the frame the cross box the drop and inside wire , all on piece work and totally automated. NO NEED for mid management no need for company employees

Thought this was obvious just by checking the main page and seeing how many different forums this website contains, but apparently it's not, so here it goes - this website is not associated with the company. They don't have the power to delete posts here, web admins do. Web admins can also block you from posting any further, if they find your posts being malicious.
In other words, if your post got deleted, it's probably because it violated the site rules. Names and other personal identifiers are not allowed here, and they also don't allow slander and personal insults. Repost, and repost again. Any one else get a lot of cross talk troubles a couple years ago? Ask the customer what was wrong and said they had a bunch of 411 charges on their bill and didn't call. Check the line clean as well clean for ctl standards and definitely not crossed. Then the cramming news came out kind of coincidental. Also we were told by management to do the wallgarden process to get out good jobs in 8. Pretty sure that's a company employee representing the customer fraudulently when you check accept. Those are just a few I can think of that could be a major problem if documentation fell in the right hands with proper legal knowledge.

You know, i wondered about them having stuff removed, because i posted some truth that wasn't public knowledge and they said it lit one of the VPs who will remain nameless right up. I mean to the point the whole workgroup was questioned about the post. It mysteriously disappeared post haste.
