Anyone on here a health hub leader/manager or whatever they’re called, or have knowledge about the job? Mainly interested in how the job differs from a regular sm and what the pay scale looks like.

The project manager that remodeled my store told me those health hubs are tanking. Yet again CVS spends money trying to make money for the wrong reasons and ideas. REINVEST IN YOUR EMPLOYEES! We have the talent but no time to train and run stores without cutting corners to appease field leaders and corporate. Stop selling your as*ses to vendors!

I just hope if they convert my store they don’t make me apply and interview for the job. I have great results and am a consistent performer, but the idea of interviewing for my own store makes me uncomfortable. Let’s be honest, if a DL or RD have a favorite pet I’m sure they will get preference. Recently a SMIT with the company less then a year, who previously worked with the RD in a previous company was handed the top store in the region. They passed up at least a dozen other highly qualified, seasoned managers all running high volume. The previous manager of that store was also a former colleague of the RD in their previous company and now a DL.
