I work at CDS and it has gotten bad. Management has free range to embellish on incidents and fire at will. Everyone of them are handing out start serious with 15 to 30 days deferred an if you try and fight it the arbitration board is setup for the company. I was curious if any other shops are experiencing the same thing?

here is an idea.....stop breaking rules or quit. no one makes you work there.
CDS is the greatest if you mean Conway not Chattanooga. Chattanooga cannot hold a candle to Conway. We are the cream of the crop. All other shops aspire to be as glorious as us. If they would just do something with that sorry pf we have that just plays on his phone and hides all the time. Daddy cannot protect you for ever!!!
HELP US UNION OFFICER
Our local union officials act like they care but at the end of the day they have to worry about there job and off days. So basically these Bosses can do what they want and we are all hung out to dry. It’s amazing to me how quickly they will take food off someone’s table. I just don’t know what we are paying for if the union isn’t going to fight these sorry excuse for bosses because we can’t.
Yes boz that Is the lame representation that we have to endure. The Yes men turn their backs and side with the company when their members need them the most

You're not alone, scx has been doing that for a while now. Writing people up for a traction motor that was out there running for 32 days, burns up and now they're claiming no oil when it got changed. Worst of all the union's general chairman is no where to be found. Hope no one else gets in trouble and actually needs them.
