Noticed a lot of sales related jobs opening up. Are they prepping to replace the existing group.

Sales is a revolving door as someone earlier mentioned. Maybe that is the case elsewhere but especially in this industry. One of the factors that led me to leave WIN was the revolving door stopped. And that was pre-BK. Zero producers and outright scammers were kept on payroll. Not even a PIP. Zero accountability.
I've been asked to come back and no way no how. Same reps are still hanging around.
Not to mention more importantly on the network and tech side there is zero confidence to deliver new service or respond to existing customers.
New leadership post BK may help but for now this is not a good place to be.
Not sure why certain management can’t understand that bankruptcy has brought sales to a halt in States that usually carry the load. That’s because everyone knows about the bankruptcy. However in other states you’ll run across companies who have no idea we’re in bankruptcy.
Throw a ton of money -85K plus benefits, and commissions and you will always find someone to jump on. My team has added 6 new people in the last 8 months. Talent level is sub par at best Replacing good people who left. Desperation at not sniffing quota is begin to set in. Management is grasping at straws trying to convert to existing base. Micromanaging in its purest form.
We typically have to input fictitious opps in our pipeline so management sees activity. No one wants to speak to us right now so we have to do something to keep everyone off our back. Management keeps asking for revenue but they ignore the 800 pound gorilla in the room. Trying to survive
We have a new onboarding plan that lasts a year. Only problem is there is no guarantee they’ll be around in a year.
Sales is a revolving door, they can sell all they want, but getting the orders filled takes forever. Quote to turn up time can be months. The client has moved on to other vendors by then. Good sales folks leave quickly, commissions are not paid. If they can't sell in 30 days, they are on the chopping block.
